All of our subscriptions are now invoiced directly to the client. If for any reason payment is not made by the due date as shown on the invoice, the Company reserves the right to charge an administration fee of $364.00 AUD to reactivate your subscription and further reserves the right to alter the terms on which we are prepared to offer you a new subscription.
The Company does not provide refunds on software and/or other related products nor does the Company provide refunds on a pro-rata basis for any unused portion of a subscription whether quarterly or for any other period.
The Company retains sole ownership over the content contained within this website and its products. The Company agrees to grant the user a non-exclusive license to access the content provided by any of our services to the user for their personal use only. The Company reserves the right to terminate any clients ongoing use of its products, at any time and for any reason it sees fit. In the event that the Company elects to terminate a clients subscription, the Company will not refund any unused portion of that subscription to the client.
In the event that a client allows their subscription to lapse and/or chooses not to renew their subscription, then access to the software and any data that they have already purchased will not be available for research purposes.
