Set out below in our Privacy Policy is the information that we are required to communicate to our clients.

The Company provides a range of racing information, products and services.

We also hold details of the Company services you use from time to time (including their paid up status).

  • directly from you, for example, when you provide information by phone, in registration forms, (e.g. during registration of the R2W Axis software); or when you submit your personal details through our website;

  • when you visit our website.

HOW WE STORE AND SECURE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not record or store your credit card information for payment processing. Credit card information collected from you is via the PayPal and/or Stripe systems.

  • We have implemented measures to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of Personal Information under our control;

In addition your Personal Information is collected so that we can promote and market to you (using any form) products and/or services. This is done so as to keep you informed of products and/or services. It may continue even after you cease acquiring products and/or services from us. On occasions, we may disclose your Personal Information to:
